Ministry To Men

Next Chapter has three homes for men coming out of incarceration.  These homes, called The Discipleship Homes, make up a Christian-living residential program for men transitioning from incarceration, either in county jails or prison, or from treatment for substance abuse and addiction.

The mission of The Discipleship Homes is to assist, develop and train men who have a desire to grow in Christ so that their lives become living testimonies to the ways of the Lord. Discipleship through teaching and modeling of scripture is at the heart of all that is done at the home.

Men commit to stay in the Discipleship Home for a minimum of 6 months and may stay for up to 12 months. The program has an emphasis on taking men from maintenance to mission. Through Bible studies, devotionals, counseling, and life together, men can gain an understanding of Christian doctrine, rebuild family relationships, discover their gifts, and learn to disciple others.

If you are interested in becoming a resident of the Discipleship Home, please print and fill out the application and covenant below and send them to PO Box 9321, Rochester, MN 55903.
