Next Chapter Ministries has a number of ministries that provide support for those impacted by crime.  These ministries can only be successful by God's grace and the volunteers that give their time to help those in need.

Jail Ministry

Staff and  volunteers go to the Olmsted County Jail and the Work Release Program each week to lead Bible studies and worship with the men and women at these sites.  During these visits they share the good news of God's love, as well as a message of forgiveness, hope and salvation.

Post Jail and Prison Ministry- Men

The Discipleship Homes I and II make up a Christian-living residential program for men who have been in prison and who often struggle with drug and alcohol addictions.

Post Jail and Prison Ministry- Women

The Fellowship Home is a meeting place for women who have been in prison, as well as women who have been impacted by crime.  Many women who come to the Fellowship Home have been victims of domestic violence and struggle with addictions.

Ministry to Families

Network for Life is a weekly Bible study and support group for men, women, and children who have been impacted by crime.

Lighthouse Kids

Next Chapter Ministries Children's Program serves children ages 5-11 from crime prone families and situations.

Lighthouse Youth

Next Chapter Ministries Youth Program serves youth in Rochester ages 12-18 that have been impacted by crime.

Next Chapter Outdoor Adventures

In 2013, a volunteer came to Next Chapter wanting to know if there was a way that we could incorporate archery and other outdoor activities into our already existing outreach. Out of that initial conversation, Next Chapter Outdoor Adventures was formed as a way for Next Chapter participants to know God, appreciate His creation, build Christ-like character, and enjoy the outdoors!
